Google has revamped the appearance of Chrome Enterprise profiles for organization accounts to look distinct from personal accounts. This allows organization accounts to display company names alongside user names, clearly indicating that it is a work account (e.g., the hypothetical company name “Acme” displayed). Even if the organization has not set this up, it will show “Work” instead.
Google has also enhanced the login screen for organization Chrome profiles to clearly indicate that it is an organization account, managed by the organization’s admin. The admin can control the usage of this account.
On the admin side, there is also a dashboard to view all Chrome profiles within the organization, showing Chrome versions and operating systems in use.
