Enhancing Creativity with Adobe Illustrator: Embracing Project Neo for Effortless Vector File Creation from 3D Models and Easy Perspective Adjustment

Adobe has announced new features for Illustrator, with the highlight being a tool to convert 3D models into editable vector files easily. The first feature is Generative Shape Fill (beta), leveraging AI capabilities from Firefly, allowing users to add details to drawings by writing prompts as announced by Firefly.

Additionally, Illustrator has integrated with Project Neo, a beta web app initiative that Adobe first introduced at last year’s Adobe MAX Sneak session. Users can now import or create 3D model files and export them in 2D vector format specifically for Illustrator, supporting the creation of original 3D-based artwork.

Other announced features of Illustrator include the faster working Objects on Path, the easier Enhanced Image Trace for converting graphics into vectors, and the user-friendly Mockup feature.
