Adobe Lightroom introduces a new AI-powered feature that speeds up image editing with just a click, reducing steps and time in the editing process. The new feature is Quick Actions, which can quickly adjust lighting in images. Lightroom detects key areas commonly retouched such as main subject, background, teeth, eyes, skin, and provides both system-recommended and preset-based editing.
As for Generative Remove feature, it removes excessive parts in images, with improvements transitioning from beta to full utilization for everyone. The added capability includes better object removal without having to brush over the entire object, but instead utilizing object circumference effectively.
Other announced enhancements in this update include faster performance of Develop module in Lightroom Classic, improved responsiveness of Tethered capture with Nikon cameras, and increased HDR support. All features are now available for use in Lightroom across mobile apps, web, and Lightroom Classic.
TLDR: Adobe Lightroom introduces new AI-powered Quick Actions feature for faster image editing, along with enhancements in object removal and overall performance across mobile, web, and Classic versions.
