Originally, 1Password would provide users with a Secret Key in the form of an Emergency Kit PDF file after starting to use it, to be kept in case the Master Password is forgotten. However, if the Secret Key is also lost, users have almost no way to access their accounts at all.
Recently, 1Password has added another option for cases where both the Master Password and Secret Key are lost, which is the Recovery Code. 1Password recommends users to create and store it immediately because the Recovery Code cannot be generated from any other source if not logged in.
To create it, go to Manage Account > Account icon on the side > Sign-in & Recovery > Set up a recovery code.
Furthermore, 1Password is currently testing a new login method to make it easier by scanning a QR Code through a smartphone with the account. This feature is currently being tested in the beta version.
