Enhancing Snipping Tool’s Image Extraction Capability: Windows 11 Insider Introduces Seamless Android Mobile Integration

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23619 (Dev Channel), which introduces an exciting new feature allowing users to send images from their Android phones directly to the Snipping Tool app on their PC. The process is simple – users need to go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mobile devices, connect their smartphone to their PC, and enable the “Get new photo notifications” option.

Once this is set up, whenever a user takes a photo or captures a screenshot on their mobile device, a notification will immediately appear on their PC screen, indicating a new photo. If they wish to use this photo on their PC, they can simply click on the notification to open the image in the Snipping Tool app, where they can further edit and enhance it as desired.

TLDR: The latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build brings a new feature that allows users to automatically send images from their Android phones to the Snipping Tool app on their PC. By connecting their devices and enabling photo notifications, users can easily access and edit their mobile photos on their computers.
