As in previous years, just like the Galaxy S25 from Samsung, utilizes the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip as usual. The special edition chip for Galaxy slightly tweaks the clock speed from the standard version, but this time Qualcomm has specified that they collaborated with Samsung to fine-tune.
The image quality, Samsung has incorporated the Spatio-Temporal Filter (STF) technology into Qualcomm’s Spectra ISP image processing chip of this series to enhance video quality in low-light conditions. Energy consumption on the Galaxy screen, especially with the AI functionality of Gemini.
In addition to the main processing chip, the Galaxy S25 is also the first commercial phone to utilize the Snapdragon Satellite platform for satellite communication via narrowband NTN for text messaging.
