Expanding Audio and Video Call Features for Universal User Accessibility, No Premium Required.

X has been offering voice and video call features for several months now on both iOS and Android platforms. However, these features were previously limited to X Premium users who had the ability to make outgoing calls.

Most recently, Enrique Barragan, an engineer at X, has announced an update that voice and video call features will gradually be made available to all users, not just Premium customers. Additionally, users will now have the option to customize their privacy settings by allowing everyone to contact them, as opposed to being restricted to followers or Verified accounts.

Adding to the excitement, Linda Yaccarino, X’s CEO, shared the post and posed the question, “Who are you calling first?”
