Expanding Horizons: Apple’s Innovative Self Service Repair Program Expands to Include iPhone 15 and Mac’s Cutting-Edge M2 Chip, Extending Support to 24 Additional Nations; Awaiting Thailand’s Arrival.

Apple has announced updates to its Self Service Repair program, allowing customers to purchase genuine parts and rent repair equipment to fix their Apple products themselves. The company has now expanded this service to include the iPhone 15 and all Mac models with M2 chips.

In addition, Apple has expanded the coverage of its Self Service Repair service to 24 more countries in Europe, including Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal, and Switzerland. This brings the total number of covered products to 35, across 33 countries.

Furthermore, Apple is now offering Apple Diagnostics for customers who have expertise in device repair. This tool is similar to the one used by Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP) to test the functionality of various components and identify parts that may require repairs.
