X or Twitter has temporarily blocked the search for posts related to Taylor Swift, a famous artist, after reports of inappropriate AI-generated fake images being posted on X in large numbers. Searching for “Taylor Swift” or “Taylor Swift AI” currently yields no results.

Previously, X has addressed the issue and emphasized that posting unauthorized explicit images violates their platform’s terms and conditions. The team has taken steps to delete and suspend related accounts and is currently conducting further investigations to prevent any recurrence of such issues.

Similar blocking of the search function has also been implemented on Instagram and Threads. Searching for “Taylor Swift AI” will trigger a warning that the search is related to harmful activities and is not permitted on the platform.

It has been reported that Taylor Swift is considering taking legal action against the websites or platforms involved in this matter. Meanwhile, Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, stated in an interview on NBC Nightly News that AI companies need to work faster to protect and address these incidents.
