Exploring the Intermediate-Level Performance of GeForce 5060 Ti, 5050, and Radeon 9060 XT Graphics Cards

After both manufacturers of GPUs have released their mid-range products (ending with the code 70, as seen this time around), it’s almost time for the lower-end products to come in with the code ending in 60.

The green team, NVIDIA, has some leaked information coming out from hardware leaker kopite7kimi. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with the code GB206-300 boasts 4608 cores, 8GB/16GB of RAM on a 128-bit bus, and a TGP of 180W. On the other hand, the GeForce RTX 5050 with the code GB207-300 features 2560 cores, 8GB of RAM on a 128-bit bus, and a TGP of 130W.

What catches the attention is that the 5060 Ti card has 4608 cores, which is more than the 4060 Ti with 4352 cores by 256 cores. The option for RAM remains the same as the 4060 Ti, and currently, there is no news about the non-Ti version of the 5060.

It is expected that NVIDIA will unveil this lineup at their own GPU Technology Conference (GTC) on March 17, 2025.

On the other hand, AMD’s Radeon team has leaked information about one card from Videocardz. The Radeon RX 9060 XT has no core information yet, but it offers 8GB/16GB of RAM on a 128-bit bus and requires a power supply of 500W.
