Marc Benioff, CEO and Chairman of Salesforce, highlighted the outstanding performance in the past quarter, emphasizing revenue, profit margins, and cash flow. The AI-powered Agentforce system has transformed the Salesforce platform to adapt to new ways of working that will play a significant role in the future across industries.

During the earnings call with analysts, Benioff mentioned a minor issue where he injured his shoulder while surfing in Fiji in September. He expressed disappointment because the hospital treating him couldn’t schedule his appointment using AI tools. He wanted to communicate to customers that some tasks can be automated using AI, employees should have time to rest, and focus on truly valuable and meaningful work.
