Google announces $36 billion investment to establish Data Center in Thailand.

Google collaborates with the government to announce a 36 billion baht investment plan for the development of cloud infrastructure and data centers in Bangkok and Chonburi, following the establishment of a joint venture since 2022.

Google states that it will contribute to the economy by approximately 140 billion baht to Thailand’s GDP by 2029 and create 14,000 jobs annually on average from 2025 to 2029, according to a study by Deloitte.
