Google has announced that the Android Automotive OS for cars now supports the Google Cast protocol. This means that we will be able to cast movies from our smartphones or tablets to watch on the car screen while parked, similar to casting on a smart TV or TV with a Chromecast.
The first car brand to support this feature is Rivian, but it has not been specified when it will be available.
