Google offers entrepreneurs access to shared storage space, now allocating 30 GB per user instead of individual accounts.

Google will adjust Workspace Business Starter users to switch to using shared storage space instead of individual space, starting on September 23, 2024. This change was announced by Google back in May 2023.

Previously, Workspace Business Starter users had 30 GB of storage space each. However, under the new conditions, organizations will receive shared storage space equal to 30 GB multiplied by the total number of users. Administrators can allocate usage quotas for each person.

Google states that this change will make it easier for users to access data, save time requesting access rights, and prevent data loss even when users leave the organization.
