Google Set to Roll Out Data Leak Scan Feature to All Users, Previously Exclusive to Google One

Last year, Google One introduced a new service that scans leaked data on the Dark Web, requiring users to provide information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and national ID numbers. Google then verifies whether any leaked databases contain this information or not. If found, users are promptly notified along with recommendations on what to do.

Recently, Google is preparing to offer this service to all users for free (and removing it from Google One services), which will be visible on the ‘Result about you’ page in My Activity of Google accounts. However, this feature is not yet available in Thailand.
