According to Bloomberg, Tencent is currently in negotiations and close to reaching an agreement with Huawei to waive fees such as in-app purchases on WeChat services on HarmonyOS. This negotiation coincides with Huawei’s consideration to start charging fees on their own platform at 20% (compared to Apple and Google’s 30% standard).
