CP Group launches the Amaze Super App, a shopping app that serves as a digital wallet collecting points from various services, allowing users to easily use points to buy goods on the platform instead of traditional cash transactions. CP highlights that the standout feature of Amaze is its platform that enables users to exchange points across services within the group and use them to purchase items from over 500 stores offering more than 100,000 items within the app without spending a single baht. This is a unique feature not yet found in any other app in Thailand.
The app’s system and structure were developed by CP Group’s in-house tech team, consisting of 100% Thai individuals with experience working in big tech companies in China. This background allows for cost-effective app development and a flexible system that is not reliant on or tied to foreign entities.
CP’s focus is on maximizing customer benefits by putting customers at the center and working towards the collective good, similar to digital platforms today that aim to create an ecosystem that efficiently utilizes data and respects consumer rights.
Currently, delivery within Amaze is free of charge, allowing users to use points to order from 7-Eleven and Lotus’s stores, with delivery within 1 hour for small branches of 7-Eleven and Lotus’s and within 3 hours for larger branches. Additionally, users receive the same promotions as in-store customers.
TLDR: CP Group introduces the Amaze Super App, revolutionizing e-commerce through a point-based system, offering a seamless shopping experience with unique benefits for users.
