Google Docs has introduced a new feature that can convert text in documents into speech. Users have the option to generate full audio files (reading every letter) or concise summaries of the content.
Google states that this feature was inspired by NotebookLM, which creates podcast-style audio and has gained popularity. Therefore, they decided to implement this feature into Google Docs.
Google will be testing this feature with the Alpha group in the coming weeks.
