Microsoft recently announced that their Microsoft Designer tool, which generates images using AI with the help of Prompt, is now out of preview status and available for all users with a Microsoft Account. This tool can be accessed through the web, Windows app, as well as iOS and Android smartphone apps.
The capabilities of Designer have now expanded to work with other Microsoft apps, such as Copilot in PowerPoint, which supports design assistance through Designer and will soon be available in Word.
Some new features added to Designer include the ability to prompt templates to aid in design, create custom stickers, design greeting cards, convert photos into drawings in a preferred style, add frames to images, change backgrounds in photos, and more.
