Meta has introduced Threads, a version that can be accessed through the desktop web, dividing feeds into sub-columns based on predefined categories or topics. In simpler terms, it functions similarly to TweetDeck.
As shared by Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, users can customize each column with different topics, both on the main “For You” feed and various user-defined topics, allowing them to see posts from different sources all in one place. Currently, the renamed X Pro by TweetDeck is limited to users who pay a monthly fee. The fact that Meta has created a tool like Threads with a similar format to TweetDeck may increase its appeal to individuals who want to follow different topics more closely.
Threads version with feed division is currently in the testing phase with a select group of users only.
