Apple has officially unveiled the Mac mini M4, which had been rumored earlier, with a refreshed design reminiscent of the Mac Studio, but more compact. The hardware specs feature the Apple M4 chip, with the top-tier option being the Apple M4 Pro, equipped with a Neural Engine with 16 cores, supporting up to 3 6K displays at 60Hz (resolution and number of displays depend on the M4 chip model), 5 USB-C ports (2 on the front, 3 on the back, Thunderbolt 4 for M4, and Thunderbolt 5 for M4 Pro).
The size of the Mac mini M4 has been reduced to 12.7 cm in width and length, placing it in between the 19.7 cm Mac Studio and the 9.3 cm Apple TV 4K. There are two sub-models of the Mac mini M4 as follows:
– M4 chip with a 10-core GPU, 10-core CPU, 16GB RAM (upgradable to 32GB), and 256GB SSD (upgradable to 2TB) starting at 20,900 THB.
– M4 Pro chip with a 12-core GPU (upgradable to 14-core) and 16-core CPU (upgradable to 20-core), 24GB RAM (upgradable to 64GB), and 512GB SSD (upgradable to 8TB) starting at 49,900 THB, with the highest spec model priced at 165,400 THB.
