Increasing the clock speed of the Kryo CPU from 2.63GHz to 2.8GHz.
Introducing the new FastConnect 7800 wireless chip that supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. This marks the first time the Snapdragon 7 series supports Wi-Fi 7.
Enhancing the Qualcomm Spectra signal processor chip to increase color depth from 12-bit to 18-bit, supporting image resolutions from 21MP to 36MP (triple camera) and 64MP to 108MP (single camera).
Adding gaming features like the Game Post Processing Accelerator and Adreno Frame Motion Engine 2 from the 8 series to the 7+ series.
Mobile brands such as OnePlus, Realme, and Sharp have announced their usage of the new Snapdragon technology and will be launching products in the coming months.
