Following the approval from NBTC to allow the merger between mobile signal providers (TRUE+DTAC) and internet service providers (AIS+3BB), it has been 1-2 years since then. We are keen to hear from consumers of all carriers about their experiences with mobile and home internet services, whether they have improved or deteriorated.
Blognone, in collaboration with 101 Pub, a public policy knowledge center for change, has conducted a survey on mobile phone and home internet users to understand the impact of the telecom mergers, including True + DTAC and AIS + 3BB.
Join us in the survey for both mobile phone users (regardless of your carrier) and home internet users (regardless of your ISP).
The survey results will be shared through 101 Pub and The101.world in the near future.
