ITC Rejects Request to Delay Apple Watch Ban in the United States by Apple

The latest development comes from the recent decision by the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) to ban the importation and sale of Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra in the United States. This decision stems from a patent infringement claim by Masimo back in October. Apple had requested a stay of enforcement, but the ITC has deliberated and rejected that request. Therefore, this ban will still go into effect on December 26th, unless the President issues a stay by December 25th.

In light of this, Apple has already announced the discontinuation of sales for both models of the Apple Watch in the United States.
