Google Forms has announced an update to its usability, allowing for individual access restrictions to specific forms. Previously, Google Forms only offered two access settings: (1) restricted to users within the same domain or trusted domains, and (2) set to public, allowing anyone with the link to access it.
Google explains that the new access restriction feature allows users to specify access levels for individuals or groups, similar to how users can limit access to files in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Sites on Google Drive.
It’s worth noting that this new feature is currently in beta and available for both Google Workspace customers and regular Google Account users.
TLDR: Google Forms now allows users to set individual access restrictions, providing greater control over who can access specific forms. This feature is currently in beta and available to both Google Workspace customers and regular Google Account users.
