Limiting Participation: Roblox Restricts Players Under 13 from Joining Social Hangouts to Combat Child Disruption.

Roblox has informed developers about changes for users under the age of 13, aiming to make Roblox a safe platform for children. There are two key changes:

Users under 13 will not be able to participate in or search for activities that are not age-rated starting from December 3rd. Developers must specify age ratings for activities they create, starting next year.

Additionally, users under 13 will be restricted from joining Social Hangouts and Free-form User Creation groups to prevent inappropriate interactions, effective November 18th.
