Locked Folder replaces Utilities button on Library tab in Google Photos phone version.

After Google introduced the hidden feature Locked Folder in Google Photos last year, the latest update has seen Google move the Locked Folder feature to the Library tab, replacing the Utilities button in the Google Photos app on both Android (version 6.89) and iOS.

Initially, users had to navigate to Utilities to access the Locked Folder feature, which was inconvenient. The new interface now makes it much easier for users to access this feature.

Furthermore, Google has also reorganized other features that were previously under Utilities, such as the album creation feature or video highlights, which have been moved to the + button in the top right corner of the app.
