MicroStrategy Acquires Additional 9,245 BTC, Now Holds Over 1% of Total Bitcoin Supply

MicroStrategy reported an additional purchase of 9,245 BTC between March 11-18, 2024, totaling approximately $623.0 million at an average cost of $67,382 per BTC. This latest acquisition brings MicroStrategy’s total BTC holdings to 214,246 BTC, with an average cost of $35,160 per BTC, totaling approximately $7.53 billion, representing more than 1% of the total 21 million BTC in existence, of which 19.6 million BTC have already been mined.
