Midjourney announces plans for hardware development, with details yet to be revealed

Midjourney, the developer of AI-powered image creation tools, has announced its entry into the hardware business and is currently seeking employees to join their team. However, specific details about the hardware they are working on or how it will integrate with their AI image creation technology have not yet been revealed.

Nonetheless, the development of hardware is not unfamiliar territory for Midjourney, as founder David Holz previously served as the CTO at Leap Motion. Additionally, Midjourney has recently onboarded Ahmad Abbas, a former Leap Motion employee who spent five years at Apple’s hardware department, to lead their hardware division.
