PlayStation 5 has announced an update to support voice chat on Discord starting in 2023. However, the original requirement was to link a Discord account with PlayStation through the app on a PC or smartphone.
Recently, PlayStation 5 has been gradually updating to include Discord integration within the console itself. Users can now directly link their accounts from the console by pressing the PS button on the controller, selecting Gamebase, and then choosing Discord. Updates will roll out starting next week.
Furthermore, this update also allows users to share their PlayStation Network Profile on the smartphone app through chat or social media platforms.
