Official Announcement: Trial Implementation of New Semi-Formal Logo Featuring the Official ‘Buddha Emblem’

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE) has announced a rebranding, introducing a modernized logo to be used in a semi-official capacity, replacing the official Buddha emblem logo.

The new logo will be a stylized “DE,” inspired by the infinity symbol (∞) signifying infinite growth. The open end of the E structure intends to convey the interconnectedness of the physical and digital worlds, also representing a combined S for Society, reflecting the ministry’s goal of developing a technologically impactful society.

Professor Wisit Wisitsorat, the DE Ministry’s special advisor, revealed that due to the confusion caused by various unofficial ministry logos, they have decided to designate the DE logo as the official emblem.

The new logo will undergo a one-year trial period for feedback and adjustments before being officially adopted. The DE logo will be used for general public relations activities, while the Buddha emblem logo will be reserved for state ceremonies or international conferences.
