Prohibition Imposed by UCran on the Utilization of Telegram in Government and Military Communication Devices.

The cybersecurity agency of Ukraine has issued a directive banning the use of Telegram on government communication devices, including those used by military and critical infrastructure entities, in the interest of national security due to perceived ties to Russia. This prohibition applies solely to government agencies and does not affect general users in Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is still allowed to utilize Telegram for public communication with the Ukrainian people as before.
