Christiano Amon, the CEO of Qualcomm, took the stage at Computex to talk about the Copilot+ PC unveiled last month, marking the beginning of a new PC era called “The PC Reborn.”
Amon highlighted that the Snapdragon X chip will be used in PCs of all form factors, not just limited to laptops or tablets. He showcased an image of a PC with a monitor, indicating Qualcomm’s collaboration with various PC manufacturers to release Snapdragon-powered PCs in different shapes and sizes.
Currently, the Snapdragon X-powered PCs are mostly laptops, such as the Surface Pro 11 and ASUS ProArt PZ13. The only desktop-style PC available is the Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows, designed for developers.
