The revenue from royalties reached a new record high, while revenue from sales licenses continued to grow significantly. As a result, the company achieved a profit of 224 million dollars.
Revenue from royalties increased by 37% to 514 million dollars, driven by the increased usage of Armv9 architecture, which commands higher royalty rates. Meanwhile, the sales licensing business grew by 60% to 414 million dollars, reflecting the growing demand for Arm technology in developing AI devices.
In the past quarter, a total of 7.0 billion devices using Arm architecture were shipped.
