Quarterly Performance Report: Salesforce Revenue Surges by 11% from Previous Year

Salesforce’s quarterly financial report for Q1 of fiscal year 2025 ending in April reveals total revenue of $9.133 billion, an 11% increase from the same period the previous year. Net income according to GAAP stands at $1.533 billion. Additionally, revenue not yet recognized under contract liabilities, such as unsatisfied leases or pending revenue, has increased by 10% to $26.4 billion.

CEO Marc Benioff of Salesforce states that the company is at the forefront of a tremendous opportunity to connect with customers in new ways through AI. As the number one CRM platform, Salesforce is well-positioned to assist organizations in leveraging AI going forward.

Salesforce’s revenue is broken down by category, with Subscription and Support totaling $8.585 billion, while Professional Services and others experienced a decrease to $548 million.
