Rapid Revenue Growth: NVIDIA’s Q1 Performance Sees Overall Income Surge by 78%, Data Center Segment Soars by 93% YoY

NVIDIA reported its fourth-quarter financial results for the 2025 fiscal year ending in January. Total revenue increased by 78% from the same quarter the previous year and by 12% compared to the previous quarter, reaching $39.331 billion. The net profit under GAAP accounting was $22.091 billion, up by 80% from the previous year and 14% from the previous quarter, setting new record highs for the company.

CEO and founder of NVIDIA, Jensen Huang, expressed excitement about the demand for Blackwell. He highlighted that AI working with reason has led to advancements in processing capabilities, resulting in smarter AI models for both training and long-term thinking.

Huang mentioned the rapid progress of AI and hinted at the upcoming revolutions in Agentic AI and Physical AI in the future.

Revenue from the Data Center business, NVIDIA’s primary source of income, increased by 93% from the previous year and by 16% from the previous quarter, reaching $35.58 billion. However, revenue from the Gaming and AI PC segment decreased by 11% to $2.544 billion.

NVIDIA forecasts revenue for the current quarter at approximately $43 billion, with an initial profit rate of 70.6-71.0%, fluctuating by 50 basis points.
