For customers who purchase a device between January 1, 2023, and January 28, 2024: The company will extend the device warranty until January 28, 2026.
For customers who purchase a device between January 29, 2024, and January 28, 2025: The company will extend the device warranty from 1 year to 2 years.
Benefits of exchanging old devices for new ones
Customers who trade in their old realme mobile phones for new ones will receive benefits starting from January 28, 2025, onwards, as follows:
For customers who exchange old devices for new ones between January 28, 2025, and January 31, 2026, the company will extend the device warranty to 2 years.
For customers who exchange old devices for new ones between January 28, 2025, and February 28, 2026, the company will provide a free screen repair once within 1 year.
