It has been a while since we’ve seen AWS put effort into aesthetics. One of the new things unveiled at AWS reInvent 2024 is the revamped AWS Management Console, now sporting a more visually pleasing and user-friendly interface.
The noticeable changes include a shift to trendy rounded edges, clearer section separators, the removal of the gray background and drop shadow, opting for a clean and plain white color scheme, larger fonts for improved readability, bolder color accents, and fresher highlight colors that are easier on the eyes than before.
Apart from the updated style, AWS Management Console has also enhanced the web page design to increase information density, making better use of valuable screen real estate especially horizontally, allowing users to view all data on a single screen without needing to scroll.
The new version of Management Console is now gradually being rolled out to customers worldwide.
