Renowned Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake Hits 2 Million Units Sold Milestone

Square Enix has recently revealed that the Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, a new version of Dragon Quest III, has sold over 2 million copies, including both physical and digital editions.

The Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake was released on November 15, 2024, approximately a month ago, and is available on PC and consoles such as PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.

This remake of Dragon Quest III is the first game to adopt the HD-2D remake style, with remakes of parts 1 and 2 set to follow in the year 2025.
