Lenovo has reported its financial performance for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024/25, ending in September, with total revenue of $17.85 billion, a 24% increase from the same period the previous year. The company also achieved a net profit of $359 million.
Highlighting a strategic focus on AI-related products, Lenovo’s increased investment has yielded positive results, particularly in the AI PC product category which has received strong feedback. Additionally, corporate customers are beginning to adopt the Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage infrastructure.
Revenue for the Intelligent Devices group saw a 17% increase to $13.514 billion, driven by market share gains in both the PC and smartphone segments. Notably, the Razr and Edge smartphones have seen significant revenue growth. The Infrastructure Solutions group achieved record performance, with a 65% increase to $3.305 billion, driven by storage products from cloud investments.
