Restructuring Services within iTunes: Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices Revamped for Windows Users

Apple has recently announced that their Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices apps for Windows users are now available for download through the Microsoft Store. This update requires Windows 10 or higher.

Previously, Apple had plans to phase out iTunes, which had been present on Mac for several years, but continued to use it on Windows. However, Microsoft announced the plan to release separate apps for Apple Music and Apple TV on Windows, originally scheduled for 2023, but slightly delayed. It is now clear that iTunes will become less important on Windows, focusing mainly on podcasts and audiobooks. Other content can be accessed through the separate apps.

The separate Apple Music and Apple TV apps still allow users to access previously purchased content, as well as stream music and watch shows if they have a subscription. Apple Devices is an app for managing updates, backups, and restores for iPhones and iPads, which was previously done through iTunes.

You can now download Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices through the Microsoft Store.

TLDR: Apple has released separate apps for Apple Music, Apple TV, and Apple Devices on Windows, available for download through the Microsoft Store. iTunes will gradually become less important on Windows, and users can access previously purchased content and stream music and shows through the separate apps.
