The new company, under Ubisoft’s umbrella, will focus on specific games such as Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six. Tencent will hold a minority stake of 25%, valued at 1.16 billion euros. The goal is to enhance the game environments and gameplay across various platforms.

The new company’s business value stands at 4 billion euros, calculated by estimating the sales figures of the three games in 2025 and multiplying them by four.
