Approximately 75% of revenue comes from individual customers who subscribe to ChatGPT Plus at $20 per month. The ratio of paying users stands at around 5-6% of the total user base of approximately 250 million ChatGPT users, including both free and paid subscribers.
OpenAI’s enterprise business is still in its infancy but has seen rapid revenue growth. Previously, the company disclosed that the number of users utilizing the organizational version of ChatGPT (Team/Enterprise) has surpassed 1 million.
