Revoking Proposal: Atos Cancels Restructuring Plan from Onepoint, Possibly Entertains Offer from Czech Tycoon, and Negotiates with New Creditors.

Atos, a French technology company currently in negotiations with creditors to restructure, has announced the termination of talks with investors led by Onepoint, following a proposal two weeks ago. The company has reconsidered an offer from Czech billionaire Daniel Křetínský, who previously competed with Onepoint. Meanwhile, Atos also has the option to negotiate with creditors to convert debt into equity.

Onepoint explained the reasons for terminating the proposal, stating that after reviewing various conditions, they were unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Additionally, Atos reported that the board has agreed to sell its Big Data and Security business to the French government for 700 million euros.
