Samsung has revealed to Yonhap News of South Korea that the sales figures for the Galaxy S24 in South Korea have crossed the 1 million mark in just 28 days, outpacing the previous records set by the Galaxy S8 by 9 days and the Galaxy S23 from last year by 3 weeks.
The sales of the Galaxy S24 currently trail only behind the Galaxy Note 10 from 2019 by 3 days. When looking specifically at the S24 series, the highest-selling model is the Galaxy S24 Ultra, accounting for 55% of total sales, followed by the S24+ and S24.
Normally, Samsung does not disclose total sales figures of its own devices, but prominent leaker Ice Universe has indicated that the sales of the S24 may surpass 10 million units within the first month, with an impressive 3.2 million units expected to be sold in the North American market alone, marking the highest sales in 8 years.
