Rumour: Apple Prepares to Launch New Keyboard for Entry-level iPads, New Mac Mini without USB-A Ports

In a recent edition of the Power On newsletter from Bloomberg, tech guru Mark Gurman shifted focus away from the rumored iPhone 16 to shed light on upcoming Apple products in the pipeline. The spotlight is now on the iPad and the Mac Mini.

First up is the buzz surrounding the new Magic Keyboard for the iPad. Gurman hints that Apple is gearing up to unveil this sleek accessory next year. However, this Magic Keyboard is aimed at the entry-level iPad or possibly compatible with the iPad Air, but not tailored for the iPad Pro which recently had its own keyboard release.

Moving on to the Mac Mini, Gurman spills the beans on the new model which will sport 5 USB-C ports at the back and 3 ports at the front, completely ditching the USB-A port. Gurman previously hinted at the new Mac Mini sporting the M4 chip and a compact design similar to the Apple TV, set to hit the shelves within this year.
