Konami has announced via X that Silent Hill: The Short Message has exceeded one million downloads in just 5 days after its release, and it is available to play for free immediately after the recent State of Play event.

Silent Hill: The Short Message is a first-person perspective game reminiscent of P.T. or the canceled Silent Hills game developed by Kojima Productions. In this game, players take on the role of an investigator residing in an old apartment building plagued by rumors of suicides. The game consists of 3 chapters and can be downloaded exclusively through the PlayStation Store on PlayStation 5.
