Kotaku’s gaming website has reported from various sources that Grand Theft Auto VI is facing development delays and may potentially push back its release date from the previously announced 2025.
Rockstar initially announced a vague release window of “2025,” but according to Kotaku’s sources, the company was aiming for early 2025, but now it might be pushed to late 2025 or even slip into 2026.
Previously, there were leaks from Bloomberg that Rockstar had instructed employees to return to the office for 5 days a week, starting in April, possibly due to the slow development of GTA6.
