Speculations arise as OpenAI contemplates crafting an AI-powered browser to compete on all fronts with Google.

A report from The Information suggests that OpenAI is considering developing a web browser that integrates chatbot features and AI-powered data search capabilities. This news may not come as a surprise given OpenAI’s recent moves in pushing chatbots and enhancing data search tools. Adding a browser similar to what Google is doing seems to be the logical next step. Furthermore, Google was recently urged by the US Department of Justice to separate its Chrome business into a separate company.

Additionally, reports indicate that OpenAI has been in talks with Samsung to enhance AI features on Samsung devices. Samsung currently has Google as a primary partner.
