According to GSD data, game sales in Europe totaled 16.74 million units in February, up by 21.2% compared to the same month last year (last year had 4 weeks, but this year has 5 weeks). Helldivers 2 leads the sales charts this month, with a 70% increase in sales in the second week and an additional 3% increase in the third week. Sales started to decline slightly in the fourth week, dropping by 28%.
The top 10 best-selling games in Europe for February, including both physical and digital sales, are as follows:

3. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
4. Grand Theft Auto V
5. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, although ranked 3rd in sales, sold less than 23% compared to the Remake version in the first week. However, compared to Final Fantasy XVI released last year, it sold better by about 4%.
As for the games outside the top 10 that were released in February, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League ranked 12th, selling worse than Gotham Knights released in 2022 in the first 5 weeks of release by 33%, while the remastered game Mario vs Donkey Kong ranked 15th.
In terms of console sales, the PlayStation 5 remains the top-selling console with a market share of 35%, followed by Xbox Series X/S at 29%, Nintendo Switch at 23%, and PC at 13%.
